We deliver coaching, consulting and training that strengthens resourcefulness, communication and wellbeing – grounded in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and blended with the wisdom of kōrero tuku iho.

With Creating Change Ltd learning is an immersive journey of discovery, curiosity, play and mastery. We aim to keep participant numbers small so we can tailor the experience to the needs of the group, while meeting the high standards set by the IA-NLP – that means you know you’re getting a comprehensive and thorough introduction to how to use your mind to change unhelpful thinking, feeling, behaviours and even habits that otherwise hold us back.

We are all shaped by the stories we carry. When we change these, our narrative – the world as we know it shifts too, and more is possible. I work with people and organisations ready for meaningful, positive change – within ourselves, our teams, our whānau, our communities.
